Description:

Shubh Spray is a modified starch powder formulation, possesses no ionic charge. Shubh Spray shows consistently excellent strength properties under a variety of Kraft paper/board paper machines and paper making conditions. The retention of Shubh Spray sprayed in the wet paper web is much higher than that of the conventional starches. As a result, BOD and COD of white water are kept at lower levels. Shubh Spray granules are entrapped by the fibrous web and subsequently start gelatinizing by heat available in the first dryer section thus filling up micro holes and coating the fibers with strong film.

Paper Industry

The use of Shubh Spray in cold water suspension of 3 to 5 Percentage solids (By spraying method ) is recommended to achieved excellent improvement in the paper physicals however the dosage levels could be optimized depending on the property required and quality of paper product( expected results).
